The Gut-Sower
A sluglike aberration with the face of a blind bird. It offers jelly-seeds to passersby—hoping to be eaten. Inside the host, the egg hatches. The pain begins. So do the dreams.
Barraglox
The Ember Toad
A hulking, obsidian-skinned toad that broods beneath the crags. Its glowing eggs hum softly on its back. It croaks not in anger—but in memory. Few who hear it twice remain unchanged.
Murnblossom
The Creeping Bloom
A massive carnivorous fungal-flower hybrid. Thought to be stationary—until it isn’t. Hunts with a barbed, snapping tongue. Feeds entire forests.
Zábo
The Kettle-Familiar
A soot-colored goblinlike creature bound to the Vanta Reliquary. Appears when the seventh key is turned. Helpful, odd, rarely honest.
Myrinel
The Needlewing Trickster
Tiny winged fae-like creature, often mistaken for a humming insect. Found in deep groves and spirit-wet glades. Sometimes seen laughing.
Gloamwort
The Deathlight Bloom
A glowing fungal lure that pulses like a heartbeat. Entrances wanderers with light, then drains them beneath the trees. Some follow it willingly.
